One year ago...

One year ago Lou got us together to talk about an idea he and Frank had that would allow our community to better honor the service and sacrifice of our military service members and first responders. His can-do, never-say-die attitude catapulted the effort to make the Honor Bell a reality into full swing—in what was probably record time for a nonprofit. Within just a few months the Honor Bell Foundation was incorporated as a Colorado Nonprofit corporation, and the IRS granted the Foundation 501(c)(3) status. We’ve met hundreds of great, generous people who share our vision and have made the commitment to help make the Bell a reality. And we are closer than ever to making it so, involving generous and talented people and organizations who share our vision. Please join me in celebrating how far we have come in one short year, and in looking forward to a bright, Bell-filled future!

To help carry forward the vision for a dignified, final honor for our fallen service members and first responders, please consider getting involved, following us on Facebook or Twitter, and  donating today.

Sincerely,
